Job Overview:
The Compliance and Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the adherence to compliance standards and the maintenance of quality assurance frameworks within the Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This role involves monitoring reporting and managing compliance tasks to ensure that training services meet regulatory requirements while continuously improving processes and documentation to align with industry standards.
Job Description:
- Monitoring and reporting compliance and quality assurance within the RTO framework
- Managing compliance tasks ensuring adherence to regulations
- Coordinating audits and maintaining compliance registers
- Coordinating assessment validation
- Providing administrative support for the Head of the Department
- Preparing meeting agendas taking minutes developing action plans and following up on key actions
- Writing policy and procedure documents creating QRGs with screenshots
- Coordinating continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing TAS documents Trainer Profiles and Matrices
- Reviewing training products on the LMS for compliance
- Checking marketing materials for regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Planner
- Familiarity with Australian RTO compliance framework (ASQA)
- Experience with digital task workflow systems like Kanban boards or other team management software
- Professional written communication skills
- Quality customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook OneNote)
- Proficient with MS Windows
