Overview:
Are you a true leader with a passion for sales and the ability to inspire train and motivate a team of reps to succeed Puragain Water is looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. We re offering you the opportunity to lead a group of sales professionals to sell the best water filtration products in the market!
What We Offer:
Salary: $60000 base
Earning Potential: Overrides ranging from $80000 to $200000 based on team performance
Bonus Incentives: Rewarding bonuses for hitting and exceeding goals

Responsibilities:
Train and coach sales reps to master the art of selling water filtration systems
Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales goals
Provide ongoing support mentorship and performance feedback to team members
Monitor sales metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with company leadership to ensure alignment with overall goals
Maintain a positive highenergy work environment
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
A track record of successfully training and motivating sales teams to exceed goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement
Strong leadership qualities with a passion for helping others succeed

What we are looking for: At least 2 years of outside sales experience. Friendly, positive attitude with a desire to make $$$! Reliable transportation. Comfortable driving long distances to meet with clients.
