Job Description

Nous recherchons un(e) Administrateur(trice) Paie et RH pour soutenir nos employ s et gestionnaires travers l organisation. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des processus li s la paie et aux ressources humaines garantissant la conformit aux politiques internes et aux r glementations tout en fournissant un service exceptionnel aux employ s concernant la paie les avantages sociaux et ladministration RH.

Responsabilit s:

  • Maintenir et mettre jour les dossiers des employ s
  • G rer le suivi des heures travaill es et des ajustements de paie
  • Administrer l adh sion et les modifications des avantages sociaux
  • Assister aux activit s de fin d ann e (T2200 audits rapports fiscaux)
  • R pondre aux questions des employ s sur la paie et les avantages sociaux
  • Conseiller les gestionnaires sur les politiques RH
  • Suivre les permis de travail et les exigences de conformit
  • G rer les absences et dossiers d invalidit
  • V rifier l exactitude des donn es RH et paie
  • G rer et suivre les dossiers d invalidit et dabsence

We are looking for a Payroll & HR Administrator to support our employees and managers across the organization. In this role you will manage payrollrelated HR functions ensure compliance with policies and regulations and provide exceptional service to employees regarding payroll benefits and HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Process HR transactions (hires promotions terminations)
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Manage timesheet tracking and payroll adjustments
  • Administer benefits enrollments and modifications.
  • Assist with endofyear activities (T2200 audits tax reporting)
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
  • Advise managers on HR policies
  • Track work permits and compliance requirements
  • Manage absences and disability files
  • Ensure the accuracy of HR and payroll data
  • Process Improvement & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams


  • Requirements


    Profil
  • Exp rience en gestion des absences et des invalidit s
  • 3 ans d exp rience en paie avantages sociaux ou administration RH.
  • Excellentes comp tences en service client et communication.
  • Sens de l organisation et souci du d tail.
  • Ma trise d Excel et des outils de gestion RH.
  • Exp rience avec Workday un atout.
  • Connaissance de la gestion des absences et de l invalidit un atout.
  • Bilinguisme requis (fran ais/anglais).

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll benefits administration or HR administration
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR management tools
  • Experience with Workday an asset
  • Knowledge of disability management an asset
  • Bilingualism required (French/English)
