This is a remote position.
Position Title: Graphic Designer (Packaging and Amazon Specialist)Work Setup: Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 05:30 PM AEDT/AEST (AUNSW Holidays)
Salary: Php 60000.00 Php 75000.00
Our client is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in packaging design and Amazon product branding to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage the design process from conceptualization to final execution ensuring that all materials align with our brand identity and meet market demands. This role involves collaborating with thirdparty factories creating promotional and advertising assets for online platforms and driving the visual appeal of our products.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Your Responsibilities as a Graphic Designer would be:
Experience in all aspects of design from planning to end production.
Have a clear understanding of printing processes and colours.
Follow specific brief/instructions and style guide to create artwork required for all new and updates on existing items. Including packaging retail displays adverts catalogues web assets instruction manuals and other marketing collateral.
Create packaging for items on blister cards boxes (window faced and regular) bellybands and hangsell. Packaging is a major part of this role.
Create SRP s PDQ s and other Shelf Counter and floor displays.
Experience creating physical mock ups.
Create mockups of packaging/displays for Sales & Marketing teams.
Maintain filing/naming protocols of art imagery & photography across design team and implementing into our system.
Supplier/factory/printer liaison request die cuts send art proofing and approving art checking label positions art colours and providing sample feedback.
Highly proficient ability in photoshopping and use of Adobe and other related design packages.
Having a creative flair and vision which can be applied to creating innovative looks and marketing materials (with consultation)
Creating graphics for use in various web and print media. Including but not limited to: retail packaging POS displays adverts catalogues web assets instruction manuals and other marketing collateral.
Skill in illustration working with patterns photomanipulation/photocompositing color correction retouching layout design typesetting
An emphasis on expertise in designing digital graphics intended for promotion with online retailers particularly Amazon. Able to effectively and concisely highlight products through compelling and eyecatching design.
Experience working within existing brand identities & style guides as well as developing original marketing concepts.
Maintain outlined design procedures/workflows/guidelines to ensure consistent results.
Be a team player; work closely with a team of other designers and salespeople.
The ability to multitask projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines while remaining organized.
Strong sense of visual communication an aptitude for problem solving and a high attention to detail.
Qualifications as a Graphic Designer:
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on packaging and Amazon branding.
Proficiency in Advertising for online promotions and sales and most importantly and particularly Amazon including A pages and Amazon Block images.
Have extensive experience in packaging and displays noting that all our products are different shapes and sizes so we need to have clarity in what they are and their selling features being considered. This task is a priority and will also need to meet the above Creative list.
Proficiency in Adobe creative suite most notably Photoshop Illustrator inDesign and Acrobat. Additional Adobe software experience is a plus.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge in batch editing & formatting images.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Strong communicator and team player is important
Willingness to ask questions
Located in Makati City Manila or very close.
High speed internet access is a must (minimum 200 mbps). A printer is a bonus.
Needing to be quick and an interest in learning about the products we are promoting/selling and looking at which parts are the most important to promote on the packaging or marketing materials
Having used Smartsheet or Google Docs is an advantage.
