PartTime Minimum 20 hours per week with flexibility based on project needs
Hourly Rate: 281.25 406.25
Shift starts at 6:00 AM PHT (9:00 AM AEDT)

About the Role:
As an Associate Learning Designer you will contribute to creating transformative and engaging learning experiences for diverse educational contexts. Collaborating closely with our client s internal teams external clients and subjectmatter experts you will support the design and delivery of highquality humancentered learning solutions. This role combines creativity pedagogical expertise and technological fluency to deliver innovative educational outcomes aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Learning Resources
Support the creation of engaging learning resources activities and assessments for diverse educational contexts.
Write highquality studentfacing material that meets appropriate qualifications frameworks and industry standards.
Apply learning theories and pedagogical practices to ensure resources meet industry standards.
Ensure all materials are accurate clear and designed for an optimal learning experience.
Integrate Digital Tools and Educational Technologies
Apply knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) audiovisual tools and interactive media to enhance curriculum design.
Work independently or in a distributed team using various collaboration and project management tools.
Collaborate with Teams and Stakeholders
Work closely with internal staff including learning designers and digital designers to codesign innovative learning experiences.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and adapt solutions to meet evolving needs.
Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree with experience in the education sector. Master s or doctoral degree (preferred)
Familiarity with designing learning experiences and integrating educational technologies
Experience as an Associate Learning Designer is highly desirable

What We re Looking For: Strong Client and Project Management: Someone who can confidently lead and manage complex projects while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Expert in Learning Design and Higher Education: Has a deep understanding of learning theories and instructional design, particularly in higher education learning environments Collaborative Leader: Enjoys working closely with teams and providing mentorship to foster a productive and innovative work environment Innovative Problem-Solver: Adaptive and creative in solving challenges Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in education or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in learning design Demonstrated expertise in online learning content creation and experience managing complex programs. Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design, and digital learning technologies. Experience with the use and integration of educational technologies, interactive media, and digital resources in learning management systems Dual-sector experience would be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex educational concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to lead, manage multiple projects, resolve conflicts, and deliver results within deadlines.
