Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IBM OpenPages Business Analyst to manage Jira stories collaborate with module owners handle ServiceNow requests and perform data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical organizational and communication skills to drive highquality deliverables and support global clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• IBM OpenPages Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in IBM OpenPages to create manage and optimize Jira stories. Collaborate with module owners to gather and define requirements.
  
• ServiceNow Management: Handle ServiceNow requests and efficiently manage incident resolution.
  
• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze historical data and import it into the system via FastMap.
  
• Testing & SignOff: Conduct comprehensive testing and provide final signoff to ensure highquality and accurate deliverables.
  
• Knowledge Management: Facilitate meetings create detailed documentation and provide 1on1 support to global clients.
  
• Jira Platform Proficiency: Update and manage the lifecycle of tasks and projects on the Jira platform.
  
• Critical Thinking & Analysis: Perform indepth system requirement impact analysis and offer valuable insights and recommendations.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience with IBM OpenPages as the primary platform.
  
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow request handling and incident management.
  
• Solid background as a business analyst proficient in creating and managing Jira stories.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and system imports via FastMap.
  
• Excellent documentation and knowledge management skills with the ability to facilitate meetings.
  
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide direct client support.
