Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IBM BPM/IBM BAW Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing business process management solutions using IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) or IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). The role requires a deep understanding of BPM principles exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- Develop and implement BPM solutions using IBM BPM/BAW.
- Design process models data models and user interfaces.
- Create and configure business rules and workflows.
Integration:
- Integrate BPM solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain web services (SOAP/REST) for system integration.
Testing and Debugging:
- Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing.
- Debug and resolve technical issues and defects.
Documentation and Support:
- Document technical designs processes and configurations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to endusers.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in project planning status meetings and code reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing BPM solutions using IBM BPM/BAW.
- Strong understanding of BPM principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Java JavaScript SQL and web technologies (HTML CSS).
- Experience with web services (SOAP/REST) and integration technologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
