Job Name: Talent Acquisition Specialist Years of Experience: 3+ Mandatory Skills: Experience with HR and recruitment tools, experience with full cycle recruitment, basic understanding of programming languages and use-cases. Good to have: People management skills, managed and organized meetups, campus recruitment and hack-a-thons. Key Responsibilities Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to potential candidates. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and teams.
