About the Role: Were seeking a Lead FullStack Engineer with strong frontend expertise to join our engineering team. In this role youll lead the technical architecture of our products while mentoring team members and ensuring highquality code delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical architecture and development of our web applications Drive frontend strategy and establish best practices for the team Mentor midlevel and junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming Collaborate with stakeholders to dene technical requirements and implementation strategies Make key technical decisions about frameworks libraries and development practices Oversee system design and ensure scalable maintainable solutions Balance technical debt with feature delivery Lead architectural discussions and technical planning sessions Required Qualifications 5 years of fullstack development experience Strong expertise in frontend architecture and modern JavaScript frameworks Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams Deep understanding of web performance optimization and best practices Experience with system design and architectural patterns Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts Technical Skills Frontend: React/Vue.js TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 Backend: Node.js RESTful APIs GraphQL Database: SQL and NoSQL databases Testing: Unit testing integration testing E2E testing DevOps: CI/CD Docker cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) Version Control: Git code review processes Nice to Have Experience with AI/ML integration in web applications Contributions to opensource projects Experience with agile development methodologies Background in mentoring junior developers Experience with microservices architecture Success Metrics Performance in this role will be measured by: Technical Leadership Successfully architect and implement scalable frontend solutions Maintain code quality standards across the team (measured through code review metrics) Establish and maintain coding standards and best practices Team Development: Mentor and upskill midlevel and junior engineers Improve team velocity and delivery consistency Reduce onboarding time for new team members Foster knowledge sharing within the team Lead successful technical discussions and planning sessions Project Execution: Meet project milestones and delivery deadlines Reduce bugs in production through better architecture Improve documentation quality and coverage Balance technical debt with feature delivery effectively Communication & Collaboration: Provide clear technical direction to the team Effectively communicate technical decisions to stakeholders Lead productive architecture and design reviews Maintain clear documentation of architectural decisions Foster collaboration between frontend and backend teams React , Vue.js , TypeScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , Node.js , RESTful APIs , GraphQL , SQL databases , NoSQL databases , Unit testing , integration testing , E2E testing , CI/CD , Docker , cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) , Git , code review processes
