Job Description
As a Tier 3 Tech Support Agent you ll serve as a vital escalation point for advanced technical issues drive process improvements and proactively enhance operational efficiency. This role offers the chance to lead impactful initiatives and expand your expertise across various technologies while delivering toptier technical solutions.
Job Overview:
Employment Type: FullTime
Shift: Night Shift (Mon Fri 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM Weekends Off)
Work Setup: Remote/Work From Home
Your Daily Tasks:
- Be an escalation point for issues and requests that cannot be serviced by other groups working issue to resolution improving upon process procedure and knowledge to reduce future escalations.
- Be a member of project teams in the delivery of activities to support ontime and onbudget completion.
- Continuously identify and own problems and/or opportunities for improvement working toward developing and deploying temporary and permanent fixes.
- Continually develop and enhance technical operating procedures and documentation to improve upon efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Conduct technical peer reviews of change plans and activities providing recommendations guidance and authorization as appropriate.
- Proactive monitoring: continuously identify opportunities to automate and optimize the environment
- Crosstraining in database management technologies or Linux systems to expand expertise across multiple platforms while enhancing knowledge of scripting languages such as Python PowerShell SQL and Ansible.

- Associatelevel or higher certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX any RDBMS or OS preferred.
Experience:
- 3 years of tech experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX SQL Server Oracle PostgreSQL Linux PowerShell Python Ansible or Infor ERP Baan required.
- ITIL V3 foundation certification is a bonus.
