- Proactively monitor alerts for all cloud hosted IFS products and communicate with other resolver groups to rectify them
- Adhere to SLAs OLAs and KPIs within the targets
- Identify and categorize prioritized incoming events or alerts for IFS products
- Resolve issues that are identified through the analysis by using own skills access knowledge and any other acceptable resource
- Identify knowledge gaps and produce Knowledge based articles to the team
- Collaborate with other suppliers/stakeholders to improve monitoring tools and standards
- Contribute to the operation (Event Management) coverage of 24x7x365
Qualifications :
- Value Add
- Be on a bachelors degree course
- Have MBCS
- Certified in Azure Certifications (AZ900 or AZ104)
- ITIL Certification
- ServiceNow Certified
- Nagios Certified Individual (NCI)
