Role Summary:
This position offers you an opportunity to play two distinct roles
Business Consulting
Collaborate with customers leadership to understand their business objectives and business use cases
Work with technology experts to assess the data and technology needs for business use cases
Develop strategic initiatives roadmaps with clear milestones that are in alignment with business objectives
Work with cross functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
Identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve decisionmaking and operational efficiency.
Conduct workshops and meetings with senior leadership to gather requirements clarify priorities and align plans
Help build customer account from growth/penetration opportunities
Contribute to sales
Work with the sales team to engage with the customer and advise them on art of the possible from a business use case and industry trends
Help drive ROI based conversations with the customer to accelerate the sales cycle
Key Responsibilities:
Data driven business processes analysis & optimization with value quantification
Deep domain based expertise for assessment recommendation and guidance for customer and BluePi teams alike
Identifying defining and specifying high impact industry specific accelerators
Validating and demonstrating industry accelerators and their impact
Driving change management for processes transformation
Cross functional collaboration (with partners sales delivery) for winning large deals
Creating thought leadership articles
Defining best practices and SOPs at subprocess levels
Required Experience:
Subject matter expert in at least two or more domains preferably amongst manufacturing automotive CPG healthcare ecommerce BFSI.
Executed at least 10 major consulting engagements for enterprises in domains of expertise with direct interfacing with customer stakeholders
Contributed as part of oversight or implementation team in at least 12 enterprise transformation programs
Experienced as bid manager or lead consultant for more than 10 large deals and conducting workshops for proposed solution elaboration with diverse stakeholders

Extensive experience in consultative / solution sales in large enterprise segment Experience in leading exploratory workshops with senior stakeholders to understand the business objectives and functional use cases In depth understanding of Industry processes, industry specific KPIs and KRAs. Experience with the manufacturing industry would be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills, and ability to work with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally Executive presence to interface with CXO level stakeholders Entrepreneurial mindset self-driven and understands how to build and grow a portfolio of customers Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
