Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Strategy Assortment to join our growing B2B eCommerce company.This individual will play a key role in managing decisions to optimize the product assortment ensuring the right mix to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze traffic conversion sales and app interaction data market trends and customer preferences to recommend assortment strategies and priorities
Collaborate with category managers to identify gaps and opportunities in the current product mix.
Build predictive models to forecast demand and recommend inventory strategy.
Monitor performance metrics for assortment strategies and recommend continuous improvements.
Present actionable insights and strategies to Founders
Requirements
Proficiency in SQL Python/R and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Strong knowledge of ecommerce/category management.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
NOTE : This role is strictly work from office itself 6days a week (MonSat) in Sector66 Gurugram Haryana.
