Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Associate to enhance our online presence drive lead generation and support our business growth. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or a new entrant who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO & Paid Ads:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance adjusting strategies as needed to optimize ROI.
2. Social Media Management:
Create curate and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram).
Schedule posts respond to inquiries and interact with our online community to build brand loyalty.
3. Keyword Research and Optimization:
Conduct keyword research to identify trends and opportunities for content creation and advertising.
Optimize website content landing pages and blog posts for search engines.
4. Copywriting:
Write compelling and highquality content for various digital platforms including blog posts social media updates email newsletters and ad copy.
Ensure all content is aligned with the company s voice and brand guidelines.
5. Basic Graphic Design:
Utilize tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics for social media posts ads and website content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic.
6. Online Visibility and Website Management:
Assist in maintaining and updating the company website to ensure it is userfriendly and optimized for search engines.
Monitor website traffic and performance using analytics tools to provide regular reports and insights.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
Basic understanding of SEO SEM and digital marketing principles.
Proficiency in social media platforms and online marketing tools.
Strong writing and copyediting skills.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
