Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented Billing & Settlement Planning Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen bilingual proficiency in Korean and English and advanced Microsoft Office skills. This role involves overseeing financial settlements managing forecasts and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and progress tracking.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Profit and Loss Reporting: Compile and report projected financial outcomes to support accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Financial Closing and Settlement: Manage financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
- Meeting Inventory and Coordination: Prepare materials and manage objectives for regular and adhoc meetings ensuring followup on action items.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and report progress on todo lists for team leaders aligning tasks with business goals for timely execution.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) with the ability to learn companyspecific software quickly.
- Bachelor s degree or at least one year of experience in settlement accounting or logistics.
- Strong skills in financial data management with a focus on accuracy.
