Job Description Business Development Manager

Salary: per month

Requirements:

  • Qualification: MBA (Marketing or any field)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant profile.(sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients follow up on leads and convert them into customers. Calling on potential leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients extract business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences. Make visits to schools colleges etc.
  • Business Expansion: Develop strategies to expand the academy s services and increase revenue.
  • Negotiation & Closure: Handle negotiations close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales marketing and training teams for smooth operations.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends competitors and customer needs to improve business strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of sales revenue and customer interactions.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
