Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA (Marketing or any field)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant profile.(sales)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients follow up on leads and convert them into customers. Calling on potential leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients extract business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences. Make visits to schools colleges etc.
- Business Expansion: Develop strategies to expand the academy s services and increase revenue.
- Negotiation & Closure: Handle negotiations close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales marketing and training teams for smooth operations.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends competitors and customer needs to improve business strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain records of sales revenue and customer interactions.
