Responsibilities:
Safety Parameter Expertise:
- Evaluate and implement safety standards for all accessory products including but not limited to:
- Leather Goods
- Welding Cables
- Welding Helmets
- Welding Goggles
- Welding Hand Shields
- Cutting Systems
- Leather Goods
- Evaluate and implement safety standards for all accessory products including but not limited to:
Documentation Mastery:
- Create and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation including test reports certifications and inspection records.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality assurance and control processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation including test reports certifications and inspection records.
Testing and Compliance:
- Define testing parameters for all products in the welding cutting and safety categories.
- Ensure compliance with international and local safety standards and certifications.
- Identify appropriate testing laboratories and oversee the endtoend testing process.
- Analyze testing results and take corrective actions for any discrepancies.

- Develop and monitor quality parameters for each product category ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain product quality.

Vendor and Lab Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality standards are met during manufacturing and delivery.
- Identify and liaise with certified labs for product testing and certification processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background:Bachelor s degree in Engineering in Mechanical Diploma in Mechanical.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient knowledge of quality parameters for welding cutting and safety products.
- Handson experience with safety and testing protocols for welding accessories.

Experience:
- Proven track record in QA/QC roles specifically within the traded goods sector.
- Familiarity with testing parameters for welding and cutting products and accessories.
