Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support ours and client requirements by identifying screening and hiring top technical talent. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that their hiring needs are met efficiently and with highquality candidates. This role demands a strong understanding of technical roles the ability to manage multiple requisitions and excellent relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand job descriptions technical requirements and project needs.
Participate in client calls or meetings to gather detailed insights into the roles.
Source candidates through various platforms including job boards LinkedIn GitHub social media and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client requisitions.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hardtofill roles.
Conduct technical screenings to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit for client needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or technical panels.
Manage prescreening tests or technical assessments as required.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and challenges.
Negotiate salaries and contracts with candidates on behalf of clients.
Maintain accurate records of candidates requisitions and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure compliance with client policies confidentiality requirements and employment laws.
Track and report key performance metrics such as timetofill submissiontohire ratio and candidate feedback.
Provide insights to improve recruitment strategies based on client feedback and performance data.
Key Requirements
Bachelor s degree in human resources IT Business or a related field.
2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter preferably in a clientfacing role or staffing agency.
Strong understanding of technical job roles tools and programming languages (e.g. Java .NET AWS Python DevOps).
Familiarity with hiring for diverse IT roles including software development data engineering cybersecurity and cloud computing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
Experience working with contract fulltime and remote roles.
