Job Summary Senior Technical Recruiter
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in technical recruitment and team management. The ideal candidate will not only excel at sourcing screening and hiring top technical talent but will also lead and mentor a team of 5 recruiters. With a strategic mindset and an HR degree the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the team meets organizational and client goals.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor technical recruiters providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Allocate requisitions among team members and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for technical talent leveraging social media job boards and referral programs.
Manage endtoend recruitment for senior and niche technical roles.
Monitor key performance metrics such as timetofill quality of hire and team productivity.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies employment laws and clientspecific guidelines.
Maintain and optimize the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment workflows.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Handle escalations and resolve issues related to recruitment operations.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in the technical talent market.
Represent the organization at recruitment events job fairs and industry meetups.
Key Requirements
Master s degree in human resources or a related discipline (e.g. MBA in HR).
5 years of experience in technical recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
Proven experience managing a recruitment team and handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal negotiation and conflictresolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills with a resultsoriented approach.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Naukri indeed etc.
Strong analytical skills to track metrics and derive actionable insights.
Experience working in a staffing agency or clientfocused recruitment environment.
