Requirements
We are looking for a talented and experienced Dell Boomi Integration Specialist with expertise in integrating UKG Pro with external systems. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in implementing configuring and optimizing integrations using Dell Boomi ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronization. You will be responsible for designing building testing and deploying integrations while collaborating closely with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design build test and deploy integrations between UKG Pro and external systems using Dell Boomi.
- Work with UKG Pro APIs to ensure smooth integration processes and data exchange.
- Manage integration workflows maps and connectors within Boomi.
- Develop and maintain Boomi APIs and connectors ensuring they meet integration and security standards.
- Optimize Boomi integration performance identifying and troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Understand UKG Pro business processes and data structures to accurately configure integration solutions.
- Collaborate with UKG Pro subject matter experts to identify integration requirements and solutions.
- Ensure integration solutions align with UKG Pro configurations and security standards.
- Facilitate data mapping and transformation to meet integration needs.
- Work with integration protocols such as SOAP REST HTTP to ensure compatibility and smooth data transfer.
- Maintain accurate documentation of integration processes configurations and standards.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 6 8 years of integration experience with a minimum of 2 years of handson experience in Dell Boomi integration for UKG Pro.
- Strong experience with the following UKG Pro Dell Boomi integration tasks:
- Employee data import
- Business structure import
- Approved timeoff request import
- Payroll export
- Accrual balance export
- Worked hours export
- UKG Pro outbound interfaces (Person export Labor category interface Vacation payout interface)
- Employee data import
- Proficiency in Dell Boomi integration tool including working with connectors maps and workflows.
- Expertise in API integration and troubleshooting issues related to Boomi and UKG Pro APIs.
- Understanding of integration protocols such as SOAP REST and HTTP.
- Dell Boomi certification is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple integration projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of UKG Pro business processes and configurations to ensure seamless integration.
