Job Description
Position Title: UIUX Intern
Timings: 4:00pm 1:00am
Department: Design & Marketing
Location: Ikonic Plot # 176 Korang Road Near Rahat Bakers I10/3 Islamabad

Position Purpose:
Seeking for a passionate UI/UX Intern eager to create impactful digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of usercentric design a creative approach to crafting intuitive interfaces and a portfolio demonstrating diverse projects. Responsibilities include supporting social media presence translating user needs into engaging designs and collaborating with teams to ensure project success.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Relevant Field of design and development
- Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or related fields are preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year proven work experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating wireframes prototypes and user flows to improve user experience.
- Conduct user research and analyse feedback to enhance design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to align design goals.
- Support the design of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain design consistency across various platforms and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for user engagement.
- Optimize designs based on usability testing and performance insights.
- Stay updated with UI/UX design trends and best practices.
- Assist in preparing design presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
- Convert Figma designs into developmentready assets with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles design thinking and usercentered design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Ability to translate design concepts into interactive prototypes and wireframes.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography color and layout.
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating creativity and understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design.
