Job Description
Bucks County PA
Yearly Salary: $
- Analyze and interpret defense industry technical documentation including schematics drawings and contract requirements.
- Source necessary components rapidly and costeffectively for custom cable and wiring harness assembly.
- Build and oversee the production of lowvolume highmix cables and wiring harnesses for defense applications.
- Supervise production technicians and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Develop and deliver precise work instructions and technical guidance to the production team.
- Ensure all assemblies meet MILspec and other relevant industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custom cable assembly for defense applications.
- Strong knowledge of MILspec and other aerospace/militarygrade standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings schematics and contract documents.
- Handson expertise in wiring harness assembly and component sourcing.
- Ability to lead and mentor production technicians effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Familiarity with defense contracting processes and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of lowvolume highmix production techniques.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
