Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process including posting job ads online organizing resumes and job applications and scheduling candidate interviews.

  • Participate in the interview process and help orient new employees by setting up their workstations email addresses and logins.

  • Manage payments for SaaS products and maintain accurate accounts and financial statements.

  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll including tax withholding bonuses and deductions.

  • Assist in creating and updating company policies ensuring they are communicated effectively to all employees.

  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for improving employee retention.

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth offboarding process for departing employees.

Requirements and skills

  • Zoho suite proficiency in both ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit is crucial.

  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications in particular).

  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects.

  • Strong phone email and inperson communication skills.
