- Coordinate with the inoffice team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
- Support overall practice administration as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in dental office administration or healthcare customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems
