Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager (RM) will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients brokers and key stakeholders in the health insurance sector. The RM will ensure customer satisfaction drive business growth and enhance client retention through effective communication problemsolving and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients including corporate and individual policyholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries concerns and service requests.
  • Provide personalized solutions to clients by understanding their health insurance needs and preferences.

2. Business Development & Sales Support:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional health insurance products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and acquire new clients.
  • Assist in negotiating policy renewals and premium adjustments to retain clients.

3. Policy & Claims Assistance:

  • Guide clients through the health insurance policy enrollment process.
  • Assist policyholders with claims processing ensuring quick resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments to facilitate smooth service delivery.

4. Market & Industry Analysis:

  • Keep up to date with industry trends regulatory changes and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements based on client feedback.

5. Reporting & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies industry regulations and compliance guidelines.
  • Prepare reports on client feedback retention rates and service performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in relationship management sales or customer service preferably in the health insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of health insurance products policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with brokers and corporate clients.
  • Problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
