Job Description

This is a fulltime Business Development Executive role you will be responsible for the daytoday tasks associated with generating new business leads managing accounts and developing strong business relationships. This is a hybrid / on premises role with the majority of work taking place in our Chennai office but with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Master s degree in Business Marketing or related field

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

Knowing Hindi will be an added advantage.

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Business acumen and Communication skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in the B2B Manufacturing industry is an added advantage







Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated business development executive to join our team. If you have a passion for:

  • Identify potential prospects through online research events and conferences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth via effective Email/WhatsApp / LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage LinkedIn to connect with prospects increase brand awareness and engage with qualified leads.
  • Create engaging content blogs / article / poster to support organic digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with the graphics team. ( Value addition )
  • Manage and nurture client relationships through calls scheduling appointments and maintaining consistent communication using CRM Tools.

Getting appointment for a Virtual Meeting for back end sales team and In person Meeting for Front line sales team with the prospects

Presenting the Sales pitch to the prospects in Virtual mode and qualifying them for the next level meeting.

  • Prepare highquality to potential clients.
  • Followup on the proposal and closure
  • Follow the KPI which will be provided


Minimum of 1years of experience in telemarketing or tele calling. Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil (or the regional language). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
