This role offers a hybrid work model where youll be working in our Barcelona office with the flexibility to work remotely within the city. You will work with toptier brands helping them optimize their digital marketing campaigns to meet their business goals. Role Summary:
In this position you will collaborate with Frenchspeaking clients (from France Belgium Luxembourg and other regions) to assist them in developing and optimizing their online advertising campaigns. You will act as a trusted consultant providing tailored insights and solutions to help clients improve their digital marketing strategies and drive longterm success.
Your primary responsibilities will include advising clients designing digital marketing strategies managing ad budgets and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads social media and other digital marketing tools. You will work to ensure that your clients achieve their objectives while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
Serve as the main point of contact for Frenchspeaking clients offering expert guidance on creating and executing digital marketing strategies tailored to their business needs and target audience. - Campaign Management and Optimization:
Oversee the creation management and performance optimization of online advertising campaigns. This includes working with various digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads SEO social media and other tools to maximize campaign success. - Strategy Development:
Work closely with clients to craft customized marketing strategies based on their goals and requirements. Understand their business in depth to tailor your approach accordingly. - DataDriven Analysis and Insights:
Regularly analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results. Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor KPIs such as conversion rates ROI and customer acquisition costs. - Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients offering excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or challenges. Ensure clients are wellinformed and satisfied throughout the process. - Sales Opportunities:
Identify and explore opportunities for upselling additional services or products to enhance client results and boost their digital marketing efforts. - Market Research:
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and advertising. Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and deliver the most effective solutions to your clients. - Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with internal teams such as Sales Product and Account Management to ensure the successful implementation of client strategies. Provide feedback and collaborate to continuously improve services. - Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay updated on the latest tools trends and innovations in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency:
Native or nearnative French (C2 level) and fluent in English (C1/C2 level) with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both languages. - Digital Marketing Experience:
At least 12 years of experience in digital marketing including campaign management online advertising and strategy development. Experience with platforms like Google Ads SEO and social media marketing is highly preferred. - Consultative Skills:
Strong listening and problemsolving abilities to offer tailored solutions based on client needs. Excellent communication skills to present proposals explain complex strategies and build rapport with clients. - Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze performance metrics identify trends and make datadriven decisions to improve campaign performance. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics is required. - TechSavvy:
Comfortable with digital marketing tools CRM systems (Salesforce) and content management platforms. Proficient in navigating technologydriven environments. - CustomerFocused:
