You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a passionate and peoplecentric Junior Workplace Community Coordinator to join our growing Workplace team. Based at our Tallinn office you will help us to support daytoday operations to foster a great workplace experience for our Wisers in Tallinn.
Your mission:
Our Global Workplace Team plays a key part in the employee experience at Wise through our curated spaces events and services. Our mission is to create and maintain a safe and inspiring workplace for Wisers to achieve the Mission.
Youll have the opportunity to curate a welcoming and inclusive experience for our employees and visitors by covering the Front Desk during the buildings core business hours (9.0017.00). Youll be in charge of:
Making sure our main office Front Desk area is always clean and presentable as this is where the experience begins;
Answering queries from our employee community via our Jira ticketing system Slack channels and email. It could be anything from parking and food to getting new ice cube trays. Youll be their hero!;
Receiving sorting scanning and sending mail; managing our thirdparty courier services;
Greeting our visitors logging them in/out and making sure they have an unforgettable experience in our office;
Managing our business accounts ensuring that we are compliant;
Addressing daytoday landlord queries and communication including coordinating and providing building access as necessary;
Looking after our internal documentation space (Confluence) with the information on all things Workplace so that our employee community could find the answers they are looking for;
Writing creative communications to ensure our Wisers are informed about office updates and upcoming events via putting together a weekly update.
We have a lot of exciting things going on in our day to day life in Wise. Other tasks include:
Supporting and guiding our employee community on how to use our amenities to help them maximise their productivity in the workplace;
Assisting with the execution of community events to promote employee networking wellbeing and our mission;
Overseeing our food and drinks orders and working together with our partners and cleaning staff.
Qualifications :
A bit about you:
You enjoy being in the office and are able to work from 9.0017.00;
You are fluent in Estonian and English both verbal and written;
You have at least one year of experience in workplace/office administration or any other reception roles;
You enjoy working with people and are feedback oriented;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
You have great multitasking and problemsolving skills with attention to detail;
You are curious and happy to be on a lookout for any new Workplace trends that would support our Wisers.
Some extra skills that would be awesome
Familiarity with Google suite Slack or Jira software tools;
Passion and understanding of entrepreneurial startup or tech communities;
A keen interest in the workplace or operations.
