Job Mission:
As a Customer Support Specialist your role is to provide exceptional support while implementing tailored sales strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients managing your sales pipeline and delivering outstanding service to smalltomediumsized businesses. Youll engage with clients via phone and email to understand their needs and drive results all while maintaining topnotch customer experience.

Profile Nice to Have:
- Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening

- Experience in contacting potential clients via phone and email
- Ability to manage and report on a sales pipeline
- Background in consulting or working with smalltomediumsized businesses

Requirements:
