Virtual Hospitality Manager
Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Travel Planning: Create and organize travel itineraries tailored to clients needs and preferences.
- Booking Services: Arrange transportation accommodation and activities for travelers.
- Budget Management: Ensure travel plans are within clients budgets while maximizing value.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service addressing any inquiries or issues that arise.
- Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends destinations and industry changes to offer the best advice and options.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote travel packages and special deals to attract new clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
