Job Description
AECOM Hunt has an exciting position in Los Angeles CA for a seasoned Construction Project Executuve.
- Complete accountability and direction for entire project from preconstruction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
- Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design budget and schedule.
- Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to preconstruction budgeting/schedule stage procurement through contract closeout.
- Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirement:
- BA/ BS and 12 years of progressive Construction Project Management experience or demonstrated equivalency and/or education including 4 years of leadership.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience from a large General Contractor on infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing P&L responsibility for projects ranging from $100MM to $500MM.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in construction project management on mega construction projects.
- Experience managing and creating teams of construction professionals to complete successful projects.
- Strong engineering leadership and client liaison skills.
- Experience as Senior Executive engaging with various internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to successfully drive projects to completion within time and budget constraints.
- Experience with municipal and local government agencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams).

- Valid Drivers License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle on construction project site(s) to support project tasks assignments and scope of work. For positions with driving responsibilities Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOMs background check process to ensure compliance with the Companys driving standards.
