Job Summary: Core tasks
- Quality Support to Product Purchasing buyer (PPU) in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Preventive Quality Planning (PQP) as part of TTM process
- Main interface of Regional Business Units all supplier quality related issues after SOP (e.g. ECR 8D concessions RTV defect cost reimbursement )
- Act as First escalation level for the Plant for purchased parts quality issues
- Support achievement of Cost targets for related Product Group along the entire Product Life Cycle 2.
Job Scope: Responsibilities & Authority
- Purchasing Quality responsibility and accountability for the responsible Product Group within the rBU along the product life cycle
- PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) for purchased parts; Operative handling of initial samples / ISIR release
- Complaint management for the purchased part quality issues
- Blocked stock handling & Concession handling
- Represent Purchasing in Plant for all Supplier Quality related activities
- Measure supplier Quality Performance: Plant / rBU specific KPIs
- Operative handling of quality cost reimbursement for all s or RTV of defective parts
- Trigger escalation of supplier (as input of Qescalation process)
- Support all the relevant quality projects in rBU project team
- RPP / Tooling (incl. tooling transfer): Tech. Discussion measurement harmonization Process audit Test & qualificationcheck relevant Product Certifications
Qualifications :
Core Competencies
3.1 Formal Education:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Commercial or Engineering
3.2 Knowledge and Exposure:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience or fresh graduates with high leadership skills
3.3 Knowledge Skills and Ability:
- Leadership skills and ability to lead cross functional team to support in order to achieve targets
