Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fulfill short term project assigned by supervisor/ engineer from supplier quality engineering department.
- Perform suppliers process study and data collection as per supervisor/ engineers request.
- Support suppliers quality improvement activities to ensure that materials are built according to WD design and/or customer requirements.
- Ensure supplier processes are understood via process control plan with Key Process Input/ Output Variables identified
- Support suppliers failure analysis utilizing 8D method to determine root cause hypothesis validate failure hypothesis identify escape cause and implement corrective actions as well as preventative actions.
- Review the suppliers product/ process change request (SPCR) and ensure changes are performed per documented spec/procedures.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Pursuing Bachelors degree in Electrical/ Materials Science or equivalent to it.
- Good communication skills.
PREFERRED:
- Experiences with Statistical/ Data analytics skills is a plus
- Behavior Selfmotivated with ability to effectively multitask and work independently.
