Position Overview
The Elevation Professional is a dynamic role designed for customercentric individuals who thrive on solving problems delivering exceptional support and driving innovation. You will be at the front lines of customer engagement providing highquality service across multiple channels (email chat and phone) while identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email chat and phone.
- Deliver tailored solutions to customer issues maintaining a focus on empathy clarity and professionalism.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams while ensuring followthrough until resolution.
2. ProblemSolving and Process Improvement
- Identify patterns in customer feedback and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address recurring issues and implement innovative solutions.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to refine workflows and tools.
3. Quality Assurance and Insights
- Adhere to company standards for quality efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to regular quality audits by identifying strengths and areas for improvement in team interactions.
- Document and share customer insights to support the development of new strategies and solutions.
4. Professional Development
- Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and stay uptodate with the latest tools and trends.

Qualifications
Required:
- 13 years of experience in customer service support or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Zendesk Gorgias or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in ecommerce SaaS or technologybased customer support.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and process optimization tools.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
