Job Description

Join us in creating a safer online environment!
Were looking for Germanspeaking Customer Support & Content Moderation Agents to join our team in sunny Malta.

Role Overview:

  • Customer Support (70%): Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat (no phone calls).
  • Content Moderation (30%): Review marketplace/app content to ensure compliance with guidelines and local laws fostering a secure online space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond professionally to customer queries.
  • Review and moderate images accounts and textbased content.
  • Escalate policy violations and fraud cases.
  • Participate in training and support multiple workflows when needed.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Native German and fluent English.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word).
  • No prior experience required just a cando attitude attention to detail and a passion for learning.

Working Schedule:

  • Rotational shifts: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM 12:00 AM (5 days/week).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive
  • Bonuses: Up to 200 every 6 months based on performance.
  • Additional Support: 130 quarterly government benefit.
  • Contract: Indefinite.
