Were looking for Germanspeaking Customer Support & Content Moderation Agents to join our team in sunny Malta.
Role Overview:
- Customer Support (70%): Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat (no phone calls).
- Content Moderation (30%): Review marketplace/app content to ensure compliance with guidelines and local laws fostering a secure online space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to customer queries.
- Review and moderate images accounts and textbased content.
- Escalate policy violations and fraud cases.
- Participate in training and support multiple workflows when needed.
Requirements:
- Languages: Native German and fluent English.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word).
- No prior experience required just a cando attitude attention to detail and a passion for learning.
Working Schedule:
- Rotational shifts: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 3:30 PM 12:00 AM (5 days/week).
