Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to drive global sales growth develop strong relationships with international clients and expand our presence in key markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export sales international trade and CRM tools like Salesforce HubSpot Marketo or Mailchimp to manage leads track sales performance and optimize customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
International Sales & Business Development
Identify and establish relationships with global distributors retailers and wholesalers.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market reach.
Research international market trends customer needs and competitor activities.
Negotiate and close highvalue international deals.
Represent the company at global trade fairs exhibitions and B2B meetings.
Export Sales & Compliance
Manage export documentation pricing strategies and trade agreements.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws import/export regulations and logistics requirements.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies for smooth deliveries.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Utilize CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Marketo Mailchimp) to manage leads and customer interactions.
Maintain a strong international client database for engagement and followups.
Develop personalized sales approaches to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track sales performance using CRM tools and data analytics.
Prepare market forecasts sales reports and business growth strategies.
Optimize sales processes based on data insights and feedback.
Collaboration & CrossFunctional Coordination
Work with the marketing team to create regionspecific promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with logistics finance and compliance teams to ensure smooth international operations.
Provide training and support to junior sales representatives (if applicable).
Key Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in International Business Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
3 years of experience in international sales export business or global trade.
Strong negotiation and dealclosing skills for global markets.
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce HubSpot Marketo Mailchimp or similar).
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Knowledge of international trade laws logistics and customs regulations.
Ability to travel internationally for business meetings trade fairs and negotiations.
