Job Vacancy: Factory Manager Samarinda
Our client a leading company in the home furnishing industry is looking for a skilled and experienced Factory Manager to join their team in Samarinda.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Management or equivalent.
- A minimum of 35 years of experience as a Factory Manager.
- Proficiency in planning organizing and overseeing production management.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software and other technology tools used in production management.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of production within the bedding and mattress manufacturing facility.
- Managing daily production operations and ensuring that production schedules are met.
- Collaborating with the QC team to initiate corrective actions and continuously improve quality processes.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and manufacturing standards to provide a safe working environment for employees.
