Job Vacancy: Procurement Manager Tangerang
Our client a leading company in the home furnishing industry is looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join their team in Tangerang.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in any major.
- 35 years of experience as a Procurement Manager.
- Strong knowledge of import processes.
- Good understanding of costeffective strategies for purchasing materials used in the business.
- Ability to maintain relationships with suppliers while continuously scouting for additional vendors.
- Willingness to be placed in Tangerang.
You will be responsible for:
- Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries.
- Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement.
- Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages.
- Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary.
- Working closely with the companys legal department to ensure contracts and terms are favorable.
