Job Description
FILINVEST COMPANY: FILINVEST LAND INC.
JOB SUMMARY
Consolidate raw land for acquisition and dispose or sell identified excess raw land that is not designated for development.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ACQUISITION
- Accept and record in smartsheet all raw land offers
- Initial screening and preparation of weekly presentation of all offers
- Prepare necessary feedback to landowners and brokers
- Transmit to raw land approval committee members and prepare necessary Job Orders for survey planning legal etc
- Prepare draft offers and communications to landowners and brokers
- Collaborate with the documentation team to complete the due diligence
- Manage monitoring sheets related to raw land acquisition
LAND SALES
- Provide raw land inventory maps and indicative prices to raw land brokers
- Conduct table and site orientation to raw land brokers
- Constantly engage brokers and actively follow through leads
- Identifying brokers who can assist in selling raw lands
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Knowledge in google earth.
- Knowledge in basic land acquisition process.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market especially in the raw land sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
EDUCATION TRAININGS LICENSES REQUIRED:
- Graduate of any 4year businessrelated courses. A realestate course is an advantage.
