Client Management
  • New client calibration
  • JD sign off
  • Endorse processed CVs to clients
  • Attend client interviews
  • Existing client recalibration
  • Weekly pipeline updates for new and existing clients (in the form of calls / emails / clients preference)
  • Deescalation / prevention of escalation
  • Address general queries from clients or direct them to the proper channel (CSM HR Sales)
  • Transition of responsibilities to HR and CSM once a candidate has signed JO

Team Management
  • Requisition allocation
  • Coaching/monitoring of Recruiters compliance to standards CDD quality
  • Validation interviews/comprehensive Zoho updates included
  • Candidate pipeline monitoring make sure all requisitions have good traction at any given time
  • Coordination with sourcing
  • Coordination with Manager
  • Help maintain Recruitment Masterfile on a weekly and monthly basis


Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years recruitment experience in endtoend Recruitment and Selection.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Recruitment Team Lead in the BPO/Offshoring industry preferably dealing with Australian clients
  • A wide network of high quality applicants in professional services with Australian experience preferably in the Accounting Ecommerce & digital marketing field verticals
  • A proven track record in permanentplacement recruitment with an understanding and keen interest in an offshore industry
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Can represent the company with utmost professionalism enthusiasm and energy to sell the organization to prospective candidates
  • Outstanding candidate and process management experience
  • Ability to manage expectations and deliver results within agreed timeframes
  • Driven and possesses positive mindset an entrepreneur who is capable in solving problems and work under pressure
  • Great sense of ownership of the recruitment process and the department
  • Outstanding conversational written and spoken English skills
  • A doer not a designator
  • A team player and collaborative to work in a global team environment
  • Experienced in using social media platforms to attract candidates market brand

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred but not always required depending on experience. Professional Experience: Experience in Recruitment or Staffing: At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, ideally within a client-facing or business development role in the Real Estate, Engineering or Build environment industry Business Development/Client Management: Experience in building relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and negotiating terms of business. Sales Experience: Experience in a sales or business development capacity, particularly within recruitment, is a plus. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the (Engineer, Constructional, Build, Real Estate) industry or sectors the recruitment firm is targeting would be advantageous Technical Skills: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Experience using ATS platforms like Job Adder or other recruitment software (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday, etc.). CRM Tools: Experience with CRM tools to manage client and candidate interactions. Job Boards & Boolean Search Skills: Experience using job boards like Seek Talent Premium, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other platforms, and proficiency in Boolean searching techniques to find candidates. MS Office Suite & Communication Tools: Proficient in tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with communication tools like LinkedIn or InMail for candidate and client outreach. Soft Skills: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and candidate interactions, emails, presentations, and reporting. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for selling recruitment services and closing deals with clients. Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, job orders, and candidates simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and come up with innovative recruitment solutions. Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with a team, such as Talent Acquisition Managers (TAM) and Resourcing Assistants (RA), and sharing insights for improvement. Additional Job Details: Set-up and Location: WFH/Remote Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time) Employment Type: Full-time All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
