Job Description

This role plays an integral part in how we market our products and brand to our audience youll have the chance to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage key relationships with supplier. In this role youll be given trust and freedom to be creative expressive and play a big part in the success of the team.

The team:

This role is part of our Retail Marketing team which supports our tax planning and taxefficient investments. Reporting directly into Head of Retail Marketing youll work closely with marketing digital events and creative teams.

What will you be doing

Youll have a number of responsibilities some of which are:

  • Content strategy & implementation: design and implement content strategies that support and extend marketing and communications initiatives both short and longterm establishing continuously evolving content practices.
  • Copywriting & editing: write edit and review copy to ensure it meets brand standards and deadlines.
  • Audience insights: utilise audience personas content inventories and audits customer journey maps SEO strategies and competitor research.
  • Standards & best practices: Establish standards best practices and workflow processes for managing the content lifecycle ensuring all content is consistent with brand style quality tone of voice and optimized for various user experiences across all channels.

Qualifications :

Ideally youll have:

Proven work experience in a similar role within the financial or professional services space.

Knowledge of SEO and channel performance metrics (including automation programs).

Experience working on alwayson content campaigns and events.

Experience working closely within a sales environment across multiple products and services.

Passionate about storytelling and the pivotal role content plays in the customer journey.
