Job Description
Management of Identity & Access Run (Savyint OKTA CyberArk AD Digital Certificates MS Framework IAM Applications)
Responsible for user support in the use of tools and processes:
- Responding to requests submitted via the ServiceNow catalog.
- Handling incidents escalated by the Service Desk.
Responsible for the continuous improvement of the team:
- Documenting processes and technical actions.
- Participating in knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Analyzing opportunities for task delegation to the Service Desk as well as identifying tooling and automation possibilities.
Qualifications :
A ITIL support (incidents / request resolution)
B Data manipulation (SQL PowerBI)
C Process optimization (documentation modelization business analysis)
