We are currently searching for a Sr Business Development Manager for IT Staffing and Recruitment Nearshore Services:

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop business opportunities for nearshore IT staffing and recruitment services in the U.S. market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Clevel executives and hiring managers.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to expand service offerings and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. recruitment delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and highquality service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business development tactics and increase competitiveness.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles within IT staffing recruitment or related fields.
  • Demonstrable track record of selling nearshore IT staffing services to clients in the U.S. market.
  • Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage seniorlevel decisionmakers.
  • Understanding of nearshore outsourcing models labor market trends and client needs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and maintain multiple client relationships.

Desired

  • Familiarity with HubSpot / CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Background in developing partnerships with Fortune 1000 or highgrowth tech companies.
  • Native Spanish.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
