Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Are you a dynamic and resultsdriven sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity As an individual contractor in the role of Sales Executive you will be at the forefront of our expansion pitching our services to clients. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base all while working independently and contributing to the success of a fastgrowing company. This is a unique opportunity to be a key driver of our sales strategy and growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote and sell our virtual assistant recruitment and business support services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads client interactions and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least two years of proven sales experience preferably in a commissionbased or remote role.
  • Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently manage time efficiently and take initiative.
  • A resultsdriven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
  • Comfortable utilizing virtual tools for communication and remote work.
  • Familiarity with U.S. markets is a plus.
  • Assist in creating and refining sales materials to effectively communicate our services to clients.
