The Order Management Analyst serves as the primary point of contact and advocate for customers orders and is responsible for the optimization of orders while driving total fulfillment.
Qualifications :
Education:
Associate degree in Business Finance Supply Chain Procurement or related field
Experience:
13 years Customer Operations Supply Chain Customer Service Order Management or Order Fulfillment experience.
Licenses:
Training and/or certifications related to Customer Service/Experience is a plus
