Job Description

Your Team
You will be part of our Logistics Team in Prague. A dedicated and dynamic group focused on ensuring that our customers receive their hardware quickly and efficiently. We collaborate closely with 3rd party warehouses and shipping companies ensuring a seamless customer journey from order to delivery. Your role will be pivotal in managing returns repairs and coordinating with both clients and service providers to maintain our high standards of service.

Your Mission
Be the backbone of our logistics operations ensuring our customers experience the fastest delivery of hardware on the market.

  • Streamline the order fulfilment process by effectively working with our 3rd party warehouse and shipping partners.
  • Handle package returns and repairs with efficiency and care ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and 3rd party service providers to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Support our Sales and Customer Relations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Foster teamwork and engage in creative problemsolving to tackle logistical challenges and improve processes. 
  • Gain indepth knowledge of our logistics systems and processes becoming a goto resource for colleagues across departments.

Qualifications :

Your Story

  • Youre driven by a customerfirst mentality always looking for ways to enhance their experience.
  • Confident in your ability to communicate with various stakeholders from warehouse staff to service providers.
  • Resultsoriented and determined you wont stop until goals are met.
  • Eager to learn and adapt you have a passion for problemsolving.
  • Previous experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus but not essential.
