You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Facility Technician you are responsible for the maintenance of Inter IKEA buildings and that the properties meet the tenants needs. The role plays an important part in our daily operations and maintenance for inspections and checks in accordance with current regulations with support from our facility management systems.
You work with daily operation maintenance and energy optimization in our properties as well as contribute to construction projects. Sustainability is a big part of your agenda and you make sure to integrate it in your daily work. Providing support in propertyspecific information and technical competence for projects management and the business partners is also part of your assignment.
The employment includes dutyoncall service and is located in lmhult.

Additional Information :
This is a permanent position full time (40 hours per week) and does also include dutyoncall service. You are located in lmhult and will report to the Property Manager at IKEA Property AB lmhult
