Adelphi is seeking SpeechLanguage Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide schoolbased speech and language therapy support services for a school district in Grays Harbor County Washington. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to support students with speech language and communication needs delivering therapy services aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Washington State license to practice as an SLPA.
Associate s degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology Assisting or a related program.
Certification or eligibility for Washington State OSPI certification for schoolbased practice.
Experience working with children preferably in a school setting.
Strong understanding of speech and language development and therapy techniques.
Ability to implement therapy plans and provide services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with school teams and families.
Responsibilities:
Assist licensed SpeechLanguage Pathologists in conducting screenings and providing therapy services.
Implement therapy plans developed by the supervising SLP to support students IEP goals.
Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of an SLP.
Document therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with school and state regulations.
Support SLPs in preparing materials and maintaining therapy records.
Collaborate with educators and parents to help integrate therapy strategies into the classroom and home settings.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards ensuring confidentiality in all therapyrelated communication and documentation.
Attend meetings and training as required to support therapy services and professional growth.
