We are now looking for a Project Manager Fire Alarms to join our growing team in rsta!
Consilium Safety Sweden delivers hightech safety systems for fire and gas alarms from individual components to fully integrated solutions. Our systems are used in everything from preschools and residential buildings to large facilities in healthcare and industry.

Your Role as Project Manager
As a Project Manager Fire you will have overall responsibility for both new installations and upgrades of our safety systems. You will lead and coordinate the work of our technicians and subcontractors ensuring high quality across all aspects of the projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing project planning resources budgets and schedules.
- Acting as supervisor safety manager financial manager purchaser and documentation coordinator.
- Participating in construction and coordination meetings and following up on project progress with customers and colleagues.
- Handling change orders (TA) and negotiating additional work and upselling opportunities within projects.
- Running multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely deliveries within tight deadlines.
You will report to the Head of Project and work in our modern office in rsta with the option for flexible working arrangements.
Who Are We Looking For
Were looking for someone with natural leadership skills who thrives in a fastpaced environment. You have strong drive a structured way of working and the ability to build and maintain great relationships with both customers and colleagues.
We believe you have:
- Experience in project management within installation technology or the security industry.
- Alternatively a background as a technician in electrical systems fire alarms or security.
- Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of construction law Bas U/P and regulations for fire and evacuation alarms.
- IT proficiency and a solutionoriented businessminded approach.
- A valid Swedish B drivers license (required).
Since we work in the security industry youll need to provide a criminal record check.
