Job Description
Based in Berkshire covering a number of settings for this growing provider our client is looking for an experienced Nursery Manager who is looking for a challenge in working alongside other Nursery Managers across all sites supporting them in outstanding practice and training throughout the company. You will need to have managed settings and have had an Ofsted Inspections as a manager. Your role will be travelling to the settings in the Berkshire area supporting the managers and their teams in all areas of practice quality and training. Based on a 42.5 hr working week salary is being offered from 33k depending on experience plus benefits

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
Proven track record of having an Ofsted Inspection as a Manager and supporting Managers in Ofsted Inspections
Experience of supporting with Internal / External Audits and Ofsted Inspections
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
